Dog Days

It's hot.
We are really feeling it.
And there is not much else to say...

well and truly summer

Hot days and sultry nights
hours of fireworks
beaches and ice in colors nature never intended
sugar sweet stickiness and oh the flowers
lazy bobbing heads of yellow and black
it is well, and truly summer
